A hearty traditional British Classic. Westcountry beef slowly braised with chunky carrots, swede, leeks, celery & thyme, served with fluffy hand rolled grainy mustard & fresh chive dumplings. Serve with Red Earth Kitchen’s Seasonal Vegetable Gratin or Ready to Roast Root Vegetables.
