Tender local free range chicken gently braised in chicken stock & white wine with chunky root vegetables topped with herby local free range pork sausage dumplings.   
Delicious served with buttered new potatoes & Red Earth Kitchen’s Savoy cabbage with bacon to accompany.

Free Range Chicken 21%, Chicken Stock (water, free range chicken, onion, carrot, leek, celery, herbs), Free Range Pork Sausage Meat 9%, Carrot, Onion, Swede, Leek, Celery, Breadcrumbs (Wheatflour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Vinegar, Soya Flour, Vegetable Oil, E472e, Ascorbic Acid), White Wine, Wheat flour, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Parsley, Thyme, Sage, Bay Leaf, Sea Salt and Pepper.  
Made in an environment where nuts are present.
Contains Wheat, Celery and Soya. 

Cooking Instructions Appliances may vary & cooking times are guidelines only.  

To Microwave:  Cook from frozen.  Pierce film lid.  Position the container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power.

To Oven cook:  Cook from frozen.  Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5.  Remove sleeve & pierce film lid, place on baking tray, & cook for 40 - 45 mins.
