To Microwave: Cook from frozen. Pierce film lid. Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power. To Brown the top of the dish, transfer to an oven proof dish or plate and pop under a hot grill for 2 or 3 mins if desired.

To Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve & film lid, place on baking tray & cook for 40 - 45 mins.
