Serves 2 as a side dish.
The ultimate in unadulterated lusciousness! Based on the classic French dish, sliced potatoes baked in the oven with oodles of cream, butter & garlic. Delicious served with your Sunday roast, grilled meat or even as a vegetarian option with a lovely side salad to compliment it.
Potato 67%, Milk, Cream, Butter, Garlic, Potato flour, Sea Salt & Pepper.

To Microwave: Cook from frozen. Pierce film lid. Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power. To Brown the top of the dish, transfer to an oven proof dish or plate and pop under a hot grill for 2 or 3 mins if desired.

To Oven cook: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve & film lid, place on baking tray & cook for 35 - 40 mins.
