Green Lentil Moussaka
A great vegetarian version of this traditional Greek dish. Tasty layers of minted lentils cooked with tomato & vegetables, grilled aubergine & potato topped with creamy béchamel sauce, fresh tomato & mature cheddar cheese.

To Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film lid. Position the container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power. To Brown the top of the dish, transfer to an oven proof dish or plate and pop under a hot grill for 2 or 3 mins if desired.

To Oven cook: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve & pierce film lid, place on baking tray & cook for 40 - 45 mins
