A light lemon sponge topped with a tangy, zesty lemon curd sauce. Serve with whipped cream, clotted cream or tangy lemon sorbet for a real treat. Now in a new single portion size - just microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and hey presto - lemon heaven!
Sugar, Egg, Butter, Self Raising Wheat Flour (Raising agents: E341(a), E500), Double Cream, Water, Lemon Zest and Juice 5%.
