Lamb & Rosemary Bake
Local minced lamb with chunky carrots, rosemary & redcurrant topped with layers of buttered sliced potato. Serve with buttered seasonal greens for a delicious suppertime treat.
Potato 32%, Devon Lamb 25%, Onion, Carrot, Water, Celery, Red Wine, Port, Redcurrant Jelly (raw cane sugar, redcurrants 24%, citrus pectin, wine vinegar, lemon juice), Tomato Puree, Butter, Rosemary, Garlic, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Bay Leaf, Sea Salt & Pepper.
Contains Dairy & Celery. Made in an environment where nuts are present.
Oven Heating: Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve & film lid. Place on baking tray & cook for 40 - 45 mins.
Microwave Heating: Instructions based on 800WOven. Remove sleeve & pierce film lid. Place in centre of oven & cook on full power for 8 mins.
Leave to stand for 3 mins before serving.
