New improved recipe.  Tender Devon Chicken braised in a gently spiced Moroccan style sauce with dates & apricots.  Serve with couscous.

Devon Chicken 45%, Water, Tomato, Onion, Carrot,Celery, Apricot (apricot, vegetable oil, sulphur dioxide) 4%, Date(date, vegetable oil, sulphur dioxide) 3%, Chick peas,Tomato Puree, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Zest, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Parsley, Oregano, Chilli, Salt & Pepper.
Contains Celery.  Made in an environment where nuts, wheat and dairy are present.

Appliances may vary & cooking times are guidelines only.  

To Microwave:  Cook from frozen.  Pierce film lid.  Position the container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power.

To Oven cook:  Cook from frozen.  Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5.  Remove sleeve & pierce film lid, place on baking tray, & cook for 40 - 45 mins
