A fantastic lunchtime dish or a light supper.  Sauteed spinach & mushrooms served with penne pasta quills bound in tomato and fresh basil sauce, topped with creamy béchamel sauce & mature Cheddar cheese.

Tomato, Milk, Pasta (Durum Wheat) 18%, Spinach 15%, Mushroom 12%, Onion, Mature Cheddar Cheese 3%, Wheat Flour, Butter, Double Cream, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Oregano, Parsley, Sugar, Salt & Pepper.Contains Wheat, Gluten & Dairy.
Made in an environment where nuts are present.

Appliances may vary & cooking times are guidelines only.  

To Microwave:  Cook from frozen.  Pierce film lid.  Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power.  To Brown the top of the dish, transfer to an oven proof dish or plate and pop under a hot grill for 2 or 3 mins if desired.

To Oven cook:  Cook from frozen.  Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 5.  Remove sleeve & pierce film lid, place on baking tray & cook for 40 - 45 mins.
